The beer that changed the world. Our German Style Pilsner is brewed with the understanding that some things don't need to be tinkered with. Lightly kilned pilsner malt and generous additions of German noble hops create what is still the most popular beer worldwide.
Flavor profile: Light body with a bready malt character that is synonomous with the style. A touch of honey-like sweetness gives way to a crisp clean finish. German noble hops contribute an earthy spicy quality.
Enjoy cans, kegs, and pint after pint in our Taproom. Cheers!

This hop forward west-coast IPA is everything you expect from a great craft IPA brewed in the Pacific Northwest. We avoid hop oils and extracts, opting instead for generous additions of hops throughout the brewing process. You'll appreciate the difference. Welcome to your new favorite IPA.
Flavor profile: Lightly kilned malts let the hops take center stage. The hop character is citrusy and resiny with tropical notes. Slightly dry finish.

Our 4 barrel pilot batch of Punch Bowl Juicy IPA was so well received we didn't change a thing in full scale production. Dry hopping at the tail end of active fermentation promotes the expression of yummy new fruit flavors from the hops.
Flavor profile: Fluffy pillowy mouthfeel with a smooth finish. Strawberry and blueberry notes stand out and compliment the usual cast of tropical and citrus flavors associated with the style.

This blonde ale is exactly what you're looking for to take with on all your outdoor adventures. The light body and mild citrus hop character are the perfect combination to refresh and quench your thirst without taking you out of the game.
Flavor profile: Kolsch yeast and a moderate addition of German pale wheat malt add subtle complexity and light frutiness. Moderate additions of cascade and columbus hops impart citrus and earthy notes that do not overwhelm the palate.
