The Master brewers of Pilsen, Bohemia changed the brewing world forever in 1840 when they created this revolutionary beer. Smuggling Baverian lager yeast out of Germany they used lightly kilned barley malt with generous additions of Saaz hops to create what is still the most popular beer worldwide.
We source floor-malted Bohemian Pilsner Malt and Czech Saaz noble hops to bring you Post Canyon Pilsner.
Taste profile: Bready and buiscuity malt character with a touch of honey-like sweetness. The Saaz hops contribute an earthy spicy noble hop character.
This hop forward west-coast IPA is everything you expect from a great craft IPA brewed in the Pacific Northwest. We avoid hop oils and extracts, opting instead for generous additions of hops throughout the brewing process. You'll appreciate the difference. Welcome to your new favorite IPA.
Flavor profile: Lightly kilned malts let the hops take center stage. The hop character is citrusy and resiny with tropical notes.
This blonde ale is exactly what you're looking for to take with on all your outdoor adventures. The light body and mild citrus hop character are the perfect combination to refresh and quench your thirst without taking you out of the game.
Flavor profile: Kolsch yeast and a moderate addition of German pale wheat malt add subtle complexity and light frutiness. Moderate additions of cascade and columbus hops impart citrus and earthy notes that do not overwhelm the palate.
We had some fun designing this one. We use New Zealand hops and tweak our water profile to deliver a juicy but not too hazy pale ale.
Flavor profile: Naked Golden Oats as well as flaked oats in the malt bill give this a fluffy, slightly creamy mouthfeel. We use a blend of New Zealand hops in the dry-hop for tropical fruit and citrus flavor and aroma.
